Bill has been involved with the acquisition and/or development of roughly five million square feet of real estate with an estimated aggregate value of over $500 million. Bill became a licensed broker in 1986 and has been a member of the State Bar since 2000.
Sam manages the day-to-day operations of each jobsite. Sam’s hands-on approach ensures that each project meets his strict standards for quality. Over the past twenty years, Sam has earned a reputation as a premier builder of custom homes in the San Francisco bay area.
Dave is a senior project manager with a great track record managing projects and implementing value engineering along throughout the course of construction. He fields a unique skill set derived from his engineering background and skills learned in the trenches solving problems and getting jobs done right. His clients love the care he takes to ensure the job is not only done efficiently, but to their utmost satisfaction. Through his knowledge, expertise and over two decades of management experience, he will have the project managed and completed in the most efficient manner.
Richard has been producing urban design, site planning and residential architecture for over twenty years utilizing renewable energy, alternative methods and materials and sustainable systems. Richard studied architecture at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and licensed in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and Texas.
Gigi is a highly qualified designer with over twenty years of experience in bringing clients visions to life. Gigi adds her architectural experience by bringing a fresh, yet timeless, design perspective to every project. With a degree in interior design, she has a highly aesthetic eye for creative visions while maintaining the client’s needs and vision. Her client focused approach produces original results that directly reflect the desired vision for the property.
Eric brings over thirty years of construction experience to the team. He specializes in site work and hardscape, working with high-end properties solving existing topographic challenges. His attention to detail and deep experience make his a critical advisor to the early stages of the design and development process.
